What we collect. When you use the contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, the type of matter, and your description.
How we use it. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, to check for conflicts of interest, and to decide whether we can assist you. We do not sell or rent it, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Who handles it. Form submissions are delivered to our email through FormSubmit, a third-party form service, and stored in our business email system. This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may log basic technical information such as IP addresses for security. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Confidentiality. Sending an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship, and information you send before we confirm an engagement may not be treated as confidential. Please do not include confidential or sensitive details in the form.
Retention and your choices. We keep inquiries only as long as needed to respond and to maintain conflict-check records. To ask us to delete your information, email steven@willockesq.com.
